Last updated: May 22, 2026

1. General Information

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of services and forms available on the otterStudio.dev website.

The data controller of the personal data contained on the website is the otterStudio brand. For the sake of the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent data from being accessed by unauthorized persons.

2. Processing of Contact Data

Personal data provided in the contact form (name, surname, email address, phone number) are processed solely for the purpose of handling the submitted inquiry, based on the consent granted by the User.

  • This data is not shared with third parties (except for the email infrastructure necessary to deliver messages, i.e., Resend and Cloudflare servers).
  • Every user has the right to view, modify, and completely delete their data from our databases.

3. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to ensure the highest quality of operation. The site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze traffic; however, thanks to the implementation of Consent Mode V2, tracking scripts are launched only after explicitly clicking the consent button on the notification banner.

In case of refusal or lack of action, only essential (technical) cookies are saved, which serve to correctly remember the theme preference (light/dark) and the fact that the banner has been hidden.

4. Server Logs and Cloudflare

The technical infrastructure of the website is maintained on the Cloudflare Pages network. Therefore, server logs (IP addresses, browser information, request time) may be collected automatically. This data is used solely for technical purposes and to prevent DDoS attacks, not to identify specific individuals.

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy of the website, which may be influenced by the development of internet technology, possible changes in the law regarding personal data protection, and the development of our internet service.
